Milkman Sarthi is a mobile app made for everyday milk work. It replaces paper diaries with a clean, simple workflow so you can record AM/PM litres customer-wise, adjust rates, add notes, and keep delivery days in one place. You can also manage stock for milk and add-on items like paneer, butter, and lassi, and see what came in, what went out, and what is left—without doing manual calculations. Everything happens in a few taps, so there are no missed entries and no end-of-month surprises.
Billing is just as easy. Daily slips and monthly invoices are created automatically, ready to share on WhatsApp or print on a thermal/Bluetooth printer. Each invoice is neat, readable, and time-stamped, which makes totals clear and reduces disputes. You can mark payments as paid or unpaid, record part-payments, and see pending and settlement summaries at a glance—so collections become faster and follow-ups become simple.
Our goal is simple: track every litre, bill every customer, and get paid on time. With offline-first syncing, large, easy buttons, and Hindi/English/Punjabi UI.
